Types of data collected

We process contact details voluntarily supplied through the form or WhatsApp, technical and anonymised navigation data, and technical or analytics cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer information and quotation requests under pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), meet legal and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), and establish or defend legal claims where necessary (Article 6(1)(f)).

Processing and retention

Information is handled electronically or on paper under the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency. Commercial enquiries are kept for no more than 24 months; accounting records are kept for ten years.

Recipients and international transfers

Technical processors may include Cloudflare for hosting, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after analytics consent, and WhatsApp Ireland where you choose that channel. Any transfer outside the EEA relies on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and provider safeguards.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability under Articles 15–22 GDPR by emailing info@puliamo2.it. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority at garanteprivacy.it.
